The Gardner 2593:

After entering into the Foyer with a 13' high ceiling the ceiling drops to 12' in the Great Room but does have a triple coiffer. The Great Room is 25'x22' and is one huge room visuality when you take into account the 15'x 12'-8" Dining Room and the 12' x 15' Kitchen that is all in one large open space. The Kitchen features a 3' x 9'center island with a 48" round breakfast bar at one end. The downdraft cooktop is on the island. A french door exits the Great Room/Kitchen to the 29'x15' Patio.

Proceeding toward the 22'x28' two car Garage is a Hobby Room that is 15' x 7'-6" with a linen closet across the hall. The Great Room leads to the Laundry Room with a large broom/linen closet, washer, dryer, and sink. Proceeding down the hall is a Study that could double as a Bedroom. Thier is a Bath Room that enters from the hall or from the 13'x13' Guest Bedroom. Both of these front Bedrooms have closets on each side of the window that creates a deep recessed window from the front.

In the 16'x15' Master Bedroom is a door to the Patio. Entering into the Master Bath is a 9' long double vanity and linen cabinet.
Their is no tub but the shower is huge at 6'x8'. The toilet is in its own room. Their is an arch that opens into the 14'x10' Closet that has center island hanging and is layed out for his and her sides of the Closet.

This home has 2593 square feet of living space. The total footage under roof is 3771 square feet. The dimension of the home is 60'-4" wide x 73' deep. The home is built with 2x6 framing at 16" oc. except as noted on the plans.


The purchased plan for Gardner 2593 will be sent out electronically so it can be plotted on the standard document size paper (24"x36") at 1/4"=1'-0".
A mirror version of the plan, from that shown, must be copied, by you, onto vellum paper then reproduced in reverse. Once ordered plan sets are not returnable.
